RASPBERRY & APPLE BIRCHER:
Ingredients: Oats, Quinoa Flakes, Chia Seeds, Coconut, Raspberry and Apple
Just Add: Water (or milk if you prefer) in an airtight container (eg a jar) and leave in the fridge overnight.
Optional: Grate an apple or pear into the mix, add raisins or other dried fruit
Serving Suggestion: Top with natural yoghurt and fresh fruit
These mixes are NOT designed to be super sweet (no added sugar). I developed this range as I was looking for healthy finger food and lunchbox snacks without all the nasties.
