Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Petite Eats NZ. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:
Please note: No shipping time is guaranteed due to the possibility of freight delays beyond our control. However, below is what should be expected if there are no delays.

All orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All North Island (non-rural) orders will be delivered the day following the order (if placed prior to 1pm). North Island orders placed on Fridays before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday.

Please allow an extra day for North Island rural and South Island deliveries. Please allow 3-4 days for South Island rural deliveries.

-RURAL DELIVERY (All orders - Please select this option at checkout): $9.99

Rest of North Island
-Flat Shipping rate: $6.50
-RURAL DELIVERY (All orders - Please select this option at checkout): $9.99

South Island
-Small Order (satchel): $6.00
-Standard Order: $8.50
-RURAL DELIVERY (All orders - Please select this option at checkout): $9.99

NOTE: If you are requesting delivery to a rural address, please make sure you manually select that option at checkout. Your order will not be processed otherwise.

 

Australia:

- Small order (satchel): $15

- Large order (carton): $25

- Free Shipping: NZD$150+

 

Rest of World:

- Small order (satchel): $35

- Large order (carton): $50

- Free Shipping: NZD$200+
