Ingredients:
110g Butter (softened)
1 Medium Banana (mashed)
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Oats
½ Cup Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ Cup Choc Chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to180C
- Cream butter and sugar using a hand held beater
- Add mashed banana and Vanilla
- Add flour, oats and baking powder and mix well until combined
- Fold in Choc Chips
- Optional This cookie dough is easier to work with if chilled for approx 20mins but it does still work without chilling.
- Roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray and gently flatten with a fork
- Baked at 180C for 10-12 mins until slightly golden around the edges. The cookies will be soft, cool for 10 mins before removing from the baking tray
- Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for 3mths.
