Banana Oat Bickies

Ingredients: 


110g Butter (softened) 

1 Medium Banana (mashed)

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup Oats

½ Cup Flour

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ Cup Choc Chips


Method:


Preheat the oven to180C


  1. Cream butter and sugar using a hand held beater
  2. Add mashed banana and Vanilla
  3. Add flour, oats and baking powder and mix well until combined
  4. Fold in Choc Chips
  5. Optional This cookie dough is easier to work with if chilled for approx 20mins but it does still work without chilling. 
  6. Roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray and gently flatten with a fork
  7. Baked at 180C for 10-12 mins until slightly golden around the edges. The cookies will be soft, cool for 10 mins before removing from the baking tray 
  8. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for 3mths.
